Time Rockets.

So. It’s the new year. I’m happy to say that I’ve gotten my room packed clean.

I’m probably gonna do a wardrobe makeover later – after I get my hair dyed.

31 December was spent with BF darling at ECP for the afternoon before he drove me over to Vivo to meet Kenneth. He intended on clubbing the night away (which he eventually did with the rest of the Jo Clan), rwarr.

Kenneth and I had dinner at Subway and then went shopping for his wardrobe. I personally liked those long sweaters and cardigans fit for his big built because they made him look good. But he was such a shy boy. Really loved the Ted Baker one! Oh, well. Along the way, I found a purse I loved at Forever21 and bought it for myself. Wooots!

Then we went to catch Twilight at GV. Considering it being the second time I watched the film and the third time I’ve read the book, I have to really say that the movie was nothing compared to the book! Sigh, so much for expectations. But oh, Bella and I share the same birth date! Hahaha.

Okay, as I was saying about last night, Kenneth and I bumped into quite a lot of people at Vivo. First, it was my secondary school mates. The ex-boyfriend, to be exact. I wouldn’t want him to see me hanging out with boys galore! Although really, he made my heart jump for a second. It was just too awkward to cross paths - not nice. But not that I’d any qualms with that, either. We also met my two cousins, Kendra and Kenna, along with my old church friends. It was nice catching up after so long. And I saw Joey at the NUM outlet too.

So, after the movie, we headed off to my shop to countdown to the new year. Fireworks and all burst out, but I was barely interested. Maybe it’s because I wasn’t all that excited about 2009. I’m just older, that’s all. I’ll be turning nineteen this year, wow.

My Sister and Mummy came to join us and we dined in at shop. Ace gave me a whooping 25% discount. I signed my card for payment; Janice was wondering why I was the one paying and not Mummy. Well, it’s the new year. And it’s not like I seldom splurge on my Mothers. I spent more than a hundred bucks on them for Christmas. Let’s not discuss how broke I am now. I’m exceedingly and abundantly rich in the Lord’s name, Amen!

I was kind of shy to have Kenneth meeting a fraction of my family members. They meet a lot of my friends. But a lot of them misunderstand. It’s weird, somehow.

But I guess it was also peculiar not counting down with the Rovers this year. Yet, I’d like to have a change. Won’t bother telling you about my resolutions now (I haven’t penned them down at all) but I see myself getting less of CCA, more of school work, and more of church. That’s my short term plan for now. I’m getting all wired up; it’s exasperatingly annoying.

Bleh.

Alright, I’m off to Guardian to get my hair dye so Mummy can do my hair for me later. Expect a (near) red-headed gorgeous babe to rule SB tomorrow! HAHAHA.

Don’t worry. Work constraints = no funky colours.

Happy new year, folks!
