What’s Easter without Easter eggs? What’s Easter without an Easter egg hunt? But most of all, what’s Easter without Christ? He is the reason we celebrate Easter, isn’t it? Because He lives, dies but rises again on high. Praise be to God! Our God is good and great.
Today is Easter, but I spent most of the day working – giving out Starhub fliers – at City Hall and Farrer Park. I thought I wouldn’t be able to make it for church, but praise God, I left an hour before I was supposed to finish my afternoon shift just to make it in time for Pastor’s sermon. I missed the entire worship part but it’s okay, I made up for it in the shower just now.
I love today’s sermon about the Tabernacle of David. Sin consciousness is no longer a problem for me. What can the devil do to me, seriously? Because I am under the mighty wings of my God’s protection.
Man, I’ve got so many sermon CDs to buy!
But that aside, today has proven me once again that money is hard-earned! Eight hours for $58 only!
Oh, well.
